What's all the fuss about horse meat?

  3. I don't think we'd have such a problem with obesity if more people took Zoe's sensible advice about healthy eating. We are too like sheep - rushing off in one direction or another to follow the latest fad, food industry press release or media scare story!

  4. Beware labels, thats the key, you save so much time not buying any food at Tescos that comes with a label, go home buy ingredients and cook it your self, then if you want Horse Meat you can have it.
    But if you want to eat Mechanically separated meat (MSM), mechanically recovered/reclaimed meat (MRM), or mechanically deboned meat (MDM), you can.
